I moved about six weeks ago and kind of lost track of counting calories. Meanwhile I started a new relationship (yay!) but have been eating too much and drinking too much beer.

Luckily, I "only" gained back six pounds.
Anyway, I'm back. I'm hereby committing to recording every calorie I eat every day even if I don't always meet my daily goal of 2500. At least when I count, if I go over one day, I'm less likely to let it turn into a habit.
