Morning everyone!
Hi Phyllis ... today has to be day 1 of back to basics for me. The only way I could have eaten any worse, this weekend, is if I'd washed everything down with wine ... oh wait ....

Thanks for the welcome .... I love that Susan B....I actually gave up wine for a challenge on another board for the "21 days to break a habit". Actually didn't miss it as much eating out as I thought I would.

Had a 1203 deficit yesterday to start my new beginning....not bad.

Welcome back Phyllis .

WOOHOO Donna! 2.8 lbs is great!

I had no movement on the scale today. No loss but no gain either so I suppose that is ok. I'm so close to 170 I can smell it. I really want to be 169 by the time my hubbie and I renew our vows in September. I will do it!

Today will be busy for me, as usual. I'm off to buy a gel seat cover for my next spinning class tomorrow and I need to pick up a heart rate monitor too.

Have a great day all, will check in later.

Ah what a weekend. Did not eat so well on Friday (wine! ack!) and Saturday. Saying I broke even might be too generous so I'll be subtracting those from my total July deficit. Yesterday definitely better, did some DanceDanceRevolution for a deficit of 303. It's all wonderfully rainy today so just going to try to enjoy that if I can, I do love the rainy weather and it beats the heat we've been having.

Hi Everyone,

I've been hanging in there. My mom is in the hospital so I've been eating there just about every night and I haven't been making the best choices. I had a salad yesterday and when I added it up I had about 900 calories.

Today was better with a 1200 deficit. I worked out at curves for 45 minutes.

Donna congrats on the loss! You're doing great

Miles and Phyllis good deficits, keep up the good work.

Respectable deficit yesterday of 800. Spinning again this morning and that gelled seat cover I bought was probably one of the better investments I have made this year! The seat is still going to take a bit of getting used to but was definately more comfortable today.

I've signed up for spinning Thursday too, go me!

Valerie I hope your mum is ok.

A deficit of 1350 yesterday. That makes me pretty low in calories for the day but for some reason I wasn't very hungry.....wow I need more days like that! lol

Well back again after a few exhaustingly HOT days here in NY. Work has been very hard as the store I'm in has no air conditioning and open windows and doors and fans can only do so much. Yesterday it was 96 degrees inside the store but almost 100 outside! A little less humid today. Don't know how you guys do it in the south. I have been doing better. Exercised yesterday AM and today AM. Did WATP for 30 minutes. I will just have to stick with it. I lost 2 of the pounds (I think it was 3) I gained so that made me feel better. I think I sweat most of it off LOL! Thank God I only work 3 days a week! Didn't make it to WW tonite so it will just have to wait until next week. I had a deficit today of 900---YAAAY!
Susan B thanks for the words of encouragement. Phyllis-I know how you feel!!! Just hang in there-we CAN do this. It's so good to have you all here for support.
Take care all. Keepin' the faith...Dawn
