For me, I didn't start losing until 3 weeks in. I read somewhere that when you start a new exercise program, your body can retain extra water for up to 3 weeks, so I'm attributing it to that. Sure enough, week 3 rolled around and I dropped 7 pounds, so give it some time - your body needs to adjust to your new routine and make itself efficient with the exercise and food you're giving it.
If you're interested in seeing more results, you might try adding some weight training or resistance to your cardio to increase muscle mass...this speeds metabolism, as muscle takes a lot more calories to fuel itself than fat.
Also, if you're noticing differences in your clothes and how you feel, thats awesome! Celebrate that, and leave the scale to its own devices. If you keep going along with your routine, it'll happen.
