Well...just like you can fit a million calories into everything else. When you add things that are very small in size but high calorie (oil, white flour, fatty meat, sugar...) it makes it really easy.
Think about it, though. If you hold a piece of Pan pizza up to a slice of Thin N Crispy, the Pan is twice as thick at least. Not very hard to add twice the calories. They key to eating pizza is THIN crust and veggie toppings. I eat pizza at least twice a month. You don't have to "give it up" if you order right. |

The other gatherings are a little more difficult, although if you bring a dish that you know that YOU can eat a decent serving of, then you might not be as tempted with the other stuff. (Or you can then take a little bit of some of the sinful stuff.) Kimberly |
What i would do is, simply eat before i go. So its not like i'm starving. IF you have any influence on whats being served...then do the Orville's Redenbachers 94% Fat Free Butter Popcorn. The Big Bag has only 215 cals. If you ate that the whole time you were at the shindig...you would be shoving your mouth with a lot of low calorie food because its big bag. So you and your friends are munching they don't feel bad, for eating and you're not. And you don't feel so bad because something is entering your mouth. If someone asks you, Would you like to eat this (place food here) ? you say "No, i had a large lunch and i am still quite full, but maybe a little popcorn." Its polite and you stay away from Satan! Uh? Isn't that a good idea. I learned this the hard way. I had to find a way to ignore temptation...i work a hott Bakery in Chinatown in Los Angeles Cali....the bakery is ****. I don't eat anything there anymore. Thats the way to do it.
