Good for you! Starting is the hardest part but once you get into the groove of it and really take notice to how much better you feel when you don't consume all that yucky stuff all the time it gets easier.
Being your first day might not be the time to bring this up but I noticed your mini goal being 26 lbs in 4 weeks? That's 6.5 average per week. I think it's AWESOME to reach to the sky but I just wouldn't want you disappointed and I'm concerned of the health factor also.
Ultimately, it's up to you and I might get bashed by the masses for bringing it up but I really thought hard before posting about it and just couldn't rest easy without mentioning it.
