LynneA, Hi, you mentioned that you wanted to find foods to add some calories to your day? What about some low fat cheese? You could melt it on your veggies, yummy, or just have some for a snack. It would add lots of calcium, and some protein too. I love pepper jack for snacks. Or if you eat yogurt, you could add some cereal to it for crunch and fun. Try a one of the Kashi cereals, they have lots of fiber. Or what about some frozen yogurt for fun?

I can't have frozen yogurt in the house, my problem is getting too MANY calories, and not too few. Good luck to you, and keep up the good work !!
