Since I've upped my calories a little bit, I didn't actually plan to have lost anything yet because of my blowout weekend. I decided to go ahead and weigh myself this morning, fully expecting to be over 140 because lately I've just been stuffing my face more than usual. So before I got on the scale, I 'prepared' myself by saying, "Now don't freak out because you're probably going to see at LEAST 141 or 142."
I was 139. Pleasantly surprised. It's kinda cool when you get on the scale expecting to have gained weight and see lower numbers. Now, if I hadn't STUFFED MY FACE for 3 days in a row, it's very possible I'd still be 138 or maybe even less. So in a way, I probably did 'gain' a little. But it's still better than I expected
So, so far no real reports on how upping my calories is going, but that's the skinny so far.
