    Hi. How's it going?

    I have been doing pretty good, but the Christmas celebrations are taking their toll

    What am I trying to learn?
    1. I must write down what I eat every day
    2. I must plan what I'm going to eat
    3. I must be very careful about what food I keep in the house.

    I know all these things; but getting myself to do them is another thing. Which is one of the points of the book....Practice, practice, until they become a habit.
