hello! well let me say its not too easy to eat healthy at college for a couple of reasons ...
1) the choices
2) each meal is a social gathering so you tend to not really pay attention to how much you are eating
3) you're up late and you tend to get hungry around 1AM with nothing but junk around in your room
so it's tough, but it is easy to get excercise in and it seems like you have some of that covered ... dieting in college and I'm currently gaining the weight i have lost because of the new school year
but I would love to have some support if you want to be friends
