Leftover Turkey (or chicken) Noodle Soup Recipe YUMMY!!
OK I made a turkey Monday and decided to make some soup with the leftovers. Let me tell you it is YUMMY! AND, it only has 96 Calories per 8oz bowl. I used my recipe builder to calculate the calories. It is super easy.
5-8 cups of water (depends on how JUICY you like your soup)
2-3 Cups of leftover Turkey (or Chicken) chopped up
3TBL Chicken Soup Base
1 Cup diced celery
1 Cup Diced Carrots
1 Medium Onion Cut into small Pieces
1tsp garlic Powder
2 tsp pepper
1/2 bag of the "NO YOLKS" noodles
put all but the noodles in a pot and boil on med for 30 min, then add noodles and boil for 20-30 minutes. You may add more water as desired.
