Default Plateau... HELP!

Hey! Ok so I am trying to lose 10 lbs, which I know is not a lot but sometimes when you only have a little to lose it is sooo hard because your body refuses to cooperate. Can somebody help me- the scale has been at the same number for me for the past 2 weeks!!!

Breakfast 1 hard boiled egg
Snack A fat free yogurt
Lunch 6oz grilled chicken breast with steamed green beans
Snack 1 apple
Dinner 6oz hamburger patty and salad (lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, tomatos with fat free dressing)
Dessert A WW sundae cup
Exercise 1 hour eliptical, 5ish minutes of abwork

HELP!!!!!

Are you counting the calories of the food that you are eating each day??? From just a "guestimate" I have you eating around 900 calories a day, but I can't say for sure because some of the food amounts are not there. Count the calories of what you are eating for a couple days, and then let me know what range you are in. If indeed I am close, and you are eating around 900, you are not eating ENOUGH. You should probably be aiming for 1200-1500 a day.

I second what Aphil said. Towards the end of my disorder, when I used to eat too little, say 500-800 calories I was stuck! I could not lose weight for the life of me! But recently I decided to try and be more healthy and I am averaging about 1300 calories a day and the weight is coming off wonderfully. When you eat too little your body tries to hold on to what it takes in.

Two weeks is a little hasty for a plateau. I can easily stay put for about that simply by having my period in the middle of it. I agree with the other gals about your intake. I'm also gonna suggest that you just change something exercise-wise. Go for a jog, lift some weights .... just do things a little differently. Food- and exercise-wise.
