this might sound goofy, but are there certain vitamins one should be taking while attempting to lose weight? to say, make up for things they might not be getting or just to help them be healthier to lose weight easier, etc..
I think a good multivitamin should cover most bases. I am a bit excessive when it comes to the vitamin dept. I still take my prenatal, because it has folic acid, acidophilus, biotin because I eat a good amount of protein, coq10, and 400 i.u. of e a day. Whether or not I actually NEED any of these is another story.. I would just try to eat a varied diet- nutrients from foods are much better than supplements (and a heck of a lot cheaper!)

Vitamins won't really help you lose weight any easier. Losing weight is simply calories in vs. calories out. A basic multivitamin is plenty for most for general health, unless you have something specific that you need a special blend for.
i know it wont make it easier or faster.. i dont even know why i put that.. lol but thanks for the info!
