Default Calorie counter returned I was Lori259
I’ve been through I divorce ,newly remarried about 2 years after and 6 months in.
I lost 135 pounds counting calories under name 1
Lori259. It’s been so long I lost memory of how to use that name 😂
Anyways I’ve put on some unwanted pounds over the years and had landed back to 188
I’d like to lose 30 to 50 pounds again.

Hey Lori that is awesome!! 135lbs counting calories! Way to go and kudos to you for keeping it off! Well I am back as well I surely didn’t loose as much weight as you did but I want to get off 110 lbs! I would love and need someone to motivate as well as motivate me! Any tips ? That you can remember? Please let me know!

Main first tip: we all mess up.. NEVER GIVE UP.... if you have a bad day IMMEDIATELY start fresh next day... I kept by this until my divorce and used it as an excuse lol but NO EXCUSES helps too.
Also once I quit coming to this site things went down hill a bit .. SUPPORT IS A MUST... even when it doesn’t feel like it.
