I'm not sure where I belong so since I'm a "calorie counter" I think I'll post this here. I'm not new to dieting but counting calories is a bit new for me. I'm sticking to 1,600 as my daily intake. I'm hoping to find others who are trying to lose 100+ pounds by cc.My highest wt. 315 (lost 15 juicing but can't do it long term)

You're doing so great! You'll kick those pesky pounds to the curb in no time. I've lost and gained for so long, not amused with myself, its come to the point where I've had to just stop and take a good look at my health. Reality check. I'm borderline diabetic and high blood pressure. So glad to be here and hope we can support each other!
