psst...anyone home?
:p I'm not sure where I belong so since I'm a "calorie counter" I think I'll post this here. I'm not new to dieting but counting calories is a bit new for me. I'm sticking to 1,600 as my daily intake. I'm hoping to find others who are trying to lose 100+ pounds by cc.

I technically do Atkins, but I count my calories also. The restriction on carbs makes it easier for me to maintain my lowered calories, but I still find it necessary to count my calories to insure weightloss. |
*waves* Hey GypsyMoon! Congratulations on your weight loss. I've been counting calories for nearly 2 1/2 years, lost nearly 100 lbs. and it has changed my life. However I was derailed for several months, and have found myself 27 lbs. up from my lowest (209.2 to 236.8 I think?) it has been really hard on me. I am trying to fight myself out of my gain and move into the 100's.
