2000 Calorie Balanced diet from shakes and snacks.

  • So my goal was to find a diet plan that was set it and forget it and met most if not all of the National Institute's of Health NUTRIENT RECOMMENDATIONS: DIETARY REFERENCE INTAKES (DRI). For my gender and age group Male, 19-31 yo.

    Some of the values were not available and those I took from the android app myfitnesspal for someone my age, height, weight, trying to lose 2 lb/wk.

    I went to Costco and Walmart and did some research and came up with the following results:

    Kirkland Dried plums (Prunes) 4 servings/day
    Glucerna Chocolate Shake 2 servings/day
