Activity: 10,000+ steps
Had a nice lower number on the scale this morning and a good result from one issue that I needed to solve re the car.
But had a disappointing result on another aspect of my life that I had expected to turn out really well today. I am proud, though, that I was able to maintain "The Diet" with a good cal and activity count and did not stress eat.
Tomorrow there is another challenge on one front and on "The Diet" front I am going out to lunch with a friend and that COULD be a trigger for overeating, but I will not let it be.
