Default Back for more fun!

Hi there, peeps. I lost and kept it off, several years ago, using simple calorie counting and this forum. Then my MIL had a stroke, moved in with us, and well...let's just say, next time I'm that stressed out, it won't be eating I turn to!

Now I am ready to try and get back in control.

I will be trying to stagger calories, that seemed to work really well. I also find I do best when I plan my days ahead of time, plan restaurant visits ahead of time, etc., and save calories for things I love.

I will be focusing on adding far more vegetables and whole fruit to my diet, than I ate in the past. I would like to cut way back on grains, and sugar is my nemesis, for sure.

Anyways, if you've read this far, thanks for being here.

No sig, b/c I couldn't figure out my old sign-in, so I'm technically totally "new" to the forum.

Welcome back DameRose! I wish you the absolute best on this journey, you've done it before & you will do it again! I am also a calorie counter, though I do try to focus on eating healthier in general, and it can be difficult for me as I'm not a cook (aka I love my processed foods ).
