I thought a public thread where I can report daily if I stayed within calories the day before might be a motivator. Anyone want to join me?
I'm just starting my day 1, so will report in morning.

! Good to see all the posts and support! The more the merrier! We'll all help push each other along! MamaWhitty, I don't use MFP, nor count "exercise" calories, but I don't see anything wrong with using them at times because I've learned from experience that exercise sometimes makes me feel hungrier.
