I eat Ole high fiber, low carb whole wheat tortilla as pretty much my only bread. I'm trying to cut those back from one a day to 3-4 times a week.

I like the ARnold Bagel Thins, only 110 cals per serving and they're not as bulky or filling as a regular bagel but you still get the flavor.

English muffins at breakfast good too, and sometimes small tortillas.

As a diabetic/pcos I have learned to look for and eat lower glycemic foods and sourdough bread fits better than any other bread in that category. It breaks down slower and that's better for anyone. about 100-110 cals per slice, depending on brand. It may be found w/ less calories, I'm sure.

I bought my first loaf of Ezekiel 7grain sprouted bread today. I had a piece with natural peanut butter as a snack, and it was pretty good.

Oh, I was wrong about the bread I've been buying. It's S. Rosen's. I alternate between the thin-sliced Jewish Rye, Dark Jewish Rye, and maybe one other. It's really tasty, and 100 calories for 2 slices. Perfect.

I do like bagel thins sometimes - the "everything" bagel thins, even if I never like "everything" bagels.

I used Arnold's Sandwich Thins since they're 50 cals/slice. I'll have to look for the bagel thins, they sound good.

Since starting my journey here, I have moved almost entirely to wraps. I don;t buy bread anymore, and honestly don't miss it.

I actually do everything I can to not eat much wheat now anyway.

Ezekiel 4:9 bread is delicious and filling. One slice is 80 calories but very dense nutritionally.

We just use the healthy life bread here. 35 cal a slice/70 for 7 pieces can't beat that. My kids eat it also. I'm always trying to find a compromise with the kids and making food we all can eat healthy!

I eat a Barvarian 100% rye bread when I want a slice of bread and the slices are so large that I can cut one of them in half and use one slice for a sandwich. The slices are also so full of seeds that I am sure I am benefitting from that as well and the bread itself is very delicious. One slice is 100 calories.

I like the Pepperidge Farm light oatmeal thin bread, but I buy Arnold flax and fiber sandwich thins more frequently. The addition of the seeds on that bread satisfies my craving for bagels with stuff on them, but it isn't really seasoned so is fine for making sandwiches!

Like Pepperidge Farm 45 cal per slice breads--whole wheat, etc.
