I know you didn't ask this so pls disregard if you don't wanna hear it, but why do you feel the need to eat anything if you're full? If this becomes something that happens every day, then you could try to find some calorie-dense nutritious foods (e.g. nuts, seeds, avocado, olive oil w/ salad, etc.), but one day of eating less has no long term consequences. I've had days when I've gone under but those are extremely rare and I take it as a gift from the heavens.

Most of the time, I have to worry about going over. Just my two cents. Sorry I'm giving you unsolicited advice, but I thought you might want to hear it.
