Angry Too few calories

Today I ate too few calories but not by choice. I was under by almost 900 calories as of 8 pm. My meals today were watermelon and Skyyr for breakfast. I had a large pita with garlic and herb Laughing Cow cheese with lots of broccoli sprouts and a couple ounces of chicken. At dinner time I was craving fruit so I ate some fresh cut honey dew, watermelon and canteloupe blend. Now I find myself full but way under calories. What are healthy options to pull my numbers up tonight?

I know you didn't ask this so pls disregard if you don't wanna hear it, but why do you feel the need to eat anything if you're full? If this becomes something that happens every day, then you could try to find some calorie-dense nutritious foods (e.g. nuts, seeds, avocado, olive oil w/ salad, etc.), but one day of eating less has no long term consequences. I've had days when I've gone under but those are extremely rare and I take it as a gift from the heavens. Most of the time, I have to worry about going over. Just my two cents. Sorry I'm giving you unsolicited advice, but I thought you might want to hear it.

Low cal days like that aren't a big deal every now and then! Obviously it isn't something you want to do every single day! But if you truly aren't hungry, I don't see any reason why you absolutely have to eat.

If you usually eat enough calories and this is just a day where you are not that hungry, dont worry about it! Don't force yourself to eat if you are full. Unless this is a reoccurring problem that happens frequently, just go with it! If you are really concerned though, nuts and peanut butter and great ways to boost the calories!

Whew! Thanks for all of the advice. I will do as suggested and accept it as a good day. My numbers just looked so low it didn't seem like enough fuel for my day. I will keep the nuts in mind in case this happens again.

Also, one or 2 hard boiled eggs or some cottage cheese are good choices. I agree with the others, call it a day and feel good about it. It is only one day, after all.
