My meals consist of eggs, whole wheat foods, lean meats, and lots of veggies. I have completely changed my eating habits. I eat every 2.5-3 hrs and drink lots of water. I NEVER thought Id be able to do this. I would like to lose 100 lbs total by july 11th which would be exactly one year with a healthy lose of 2 lbs a week. I will then lower my goal to 140 for a total of 149.8 lbs. I have never been that little. I just started walking a little at night for a little longer and then will take on a fun exercise. Not sure what thatll be. I just wanted to post a thank you to all you wonderful ladies for your help and look forward to my journey!!!!!!
