182 this morning, i ate probably about 1200 cals and worked out twice yesterday (Spinning was awesome!)

it's 7 am, and i'm up to go to the studio now.

hopefully these 4 lbs are dominantly water weight, and i can see the high 170's by the end of the week again!

174.6 this morning.. that's a bigger water weight loss than I expected, but I'll take it. day 2 of being back on plan.. bring it.

Hi all. Just checking in. Was at 195.8 yesterday and 198.0 this morning. This weight fluctuation is a bugger. Still keeping at it. I had dinner out the other night before the 195 and am having a date Thursday night so I'll be eating out again. I normally, wouldn't do that but it's a special occasion. I'll try to keep it down the rest of the week though and see where I end up.

Good luck to everyone. I haven't had a long time to catch up b/c I share a computer now but I'm rooting for us all!

I saw 179.8 this morning, after the studio, before anything aside from a coffee, a banana and a little peice of cheese eaten, and I was really slacking on the water consumption in the class, which I'm assuming did it. I've been hungry all day- I've had probably an extra 400 cals in protein today so, I'm hoping for a 180.- on the scale tomorrow, but will probably be closer to 181.

i need to get back in the 170s!!! I have another big bad weekend coming up, and I WILL GAIN. :(

This whole, "having a social life that involves drinking" must end. but my friend is coming down from 400 miles away for a 2 day music festival. she's staying at my house so i can somewhat control the eating, aside from the hangover breakfasts/ us going out for dinner. AHHH.

Then the wedding is in 2 weeks. I am nervous.

To be honest, I am at this point b/c pressuring myself and trying to exert perfect control doesn't do anything for me. Congratulations! 25 pounds is a big chunk of loss. I'm hoping to hit that mark soon.

167 again this morning. At least I can hope to not end this month with a gain. And really at his point that is the most important thing.

i saw 180.2 this morning!! wooohooo.

just had an interview, then came home had sharitaki noodles with peppers/hot sauce and shrimp (then some back bacon and a pepperette) - i'm okay with that.

i have dinner planned, and a trip to the studio.

back in the 179's tomorrow AHEM body.

166 this morning. I'm really glad some of the water weight is coming off. 166 was my August goal so if I can hang on one more day then I have it whipped. 166 was my July goal too. The closer to goal I get the harder it is to lose anything. I wonder if its mental? Maybe I should move my goal down? :)

also, before 8 am, i've already eaten up to dinner. awesome right? woke up this morning at 180.6 got near the fridge, and went for it. i can't really explain it, but it's like, the second i start getting "Remarks" from people, i just go to the fridge. i've been getting compliments at the studio of how i'm leaning out (what they don't know if i binge out on cheese+crackers+ butter atleast twice a week, seriously, how pathetic is that- no, i can't not have these in the house :() also the fact that i've gained 10+ lbs since my lowest and i've lost a LOT of inches.

must step away from the fridge...

Down a smidge more this morning at 205.something and then I ate three pieces of leftover (homemade) pizza. That leaves me with 540 calories for the rest of the day. Sigh.

Well the evil scale said 182.6 this morning... but I'm done. Today is the day. Had a great day so far and I'm going to end it great and tomorrow and the next will be the same... I saw 163 on the scale at one point and I've let that slip almost 20lbs away from my reach, I am not okay with it. At all. I'm done getting down on myself and know what I have to do. August was not my month... however I have made a goal of 150 by October 27th (my birthday) Yes. 30lbs in two months. I know I can do this. I just have to get in one good week and I'll be set. 150... ready for not here I come.

A little in the red on my Lose It app today and yesterday, which means a little over budget. I need to stay within range the next 4 days for sure! No weak moments.

I have a birthday goal too, to hit 180 by November 11th. That's 25 more pounds...hmmm, that might be a lofty goal. My metabolism is not what it used to be:(

167 this morning. Daily weigh ins really help keep me on track.

My main goal was 160 by 10/19/12. That is three years since I gave up on smoking. As slow as I am losing I am going to have to really work at it to make it. But nothing worth having is easy right?

studio membership is expired. going to a big music festival this weekend.

i'm going to go spinning tonight, and then take it easy for the rest of the weekend. lets see what september brings!

218.6. Glad to be out of the 220s. 3lb lost this month, which is good, considering I had some holiday time off-plan. And I finally get to change my avatar to 25 lbs lost :D Roll on September.
