Default Uk Calorie Counter

Hello,

I'm new & love this forum. It really inspired me to take control of my eating through calorie counting & exercise, and I have lost 6 llbs over the last two weeks.

I'm from the UK, and can't get many of the foods you discuss, but I have found your general approach to eating and exercise really helpful.

So, thanks! I will be sticking around!

Hi there,
Congratulations on your weight loss so far!
I'm from Ireland so I have the exact same problem. It's especially frustrating on websites such as myfitnesspal we have totally different brands of food! We'll get there in the end though!

Thanks for the welcome!

I will keep a look out for you OnwardsAndUpwards. Do you have any special tips re: UK food? I think mine are any ice lollies between 30 and 100 cals (e.g. Mini Milks, Fabs & mini Twisters), and Nairn's sweet oat biscuits, which are only about 90 cals for two, and which can be bought wrapped in twos for portion control!
