Thumbs up Patience....It Does Work!!
Hello all.. I waited all week of not weighing in daily..it was tough and being patience works!! I have had started this month and weighed this morning and lost 4 Lbs!!! I am so happy!! I limit my calories 3000 or less..I know I will keep this going!!

Been reading posts and everyone is doing great..Keep up the good work!!
