Yes, of course. I probably have some fairly nutrient-poor food every single day (e.g., popcorn, crackers, pretzels, tortilla chips, chocolate, cake, ice cream, etc.) and it hasn't hampered my weight maintenance at all. Like you, I don't want to live the rest of my life as an absolutist health-food zealot. No sirree, not for me.
