25 pounds, when I stopped wearing saggy pants to work and starting wearing ones that fit.

I just posted something similar in the 100lb club!

I have lost 20lbs and no one has noticed either. It will be a great NSV when someone does notice!

I also wonder if maybepeople might not want to say they notice in case they are wrong. Don't want to hurt my feelings....
