There's an app for that

  • Just wanted to share this great iPhone/iPad/android app called myfitnesspal. It is FREE and I love it. Keep track of calories, exercise, water, etc. cool things--it has a bar code scanner. Blip there's all your nutrition info! It also has a recipe area that calculates calories per serving. It helps me keep track. It has lots of other features too.
  • I love myfitness pal!!! Just be careful. Calorie info for foods is all added by other users and it can be wrong sometimes. I use this app all the time, it makes my life so much easier!!
  • I use the loose it app and have been wondering which is better. Anyone use both?
  • I enjoy their app as well. I'm also getting good use out of their webpage. I like that at the end of the day, I can "complete" my day and it tells me what I would weigh in 5 weeks if I keep at it. I also like that there are others on there as my "friends" that support and encourage me. MFP is a great resource!
