I'm back

  • I am sooo mad at myself. I was doing great went form 201 got down to 167, then summer hit and I didn't realize how bad I had been doing until this weekend, as I thought I was doing OK not measuring, recording calories ets.
    Well I noticed my jeans felt a little tight I am back at 183.

    I am going to nip this is the bud right now before it gets even worse. Starting today I am going to stick to it again, start walkikng with Leslie, and hopefully get down to goal before next summer, and watch what I do and maintain.

  • Welcome back! I know you can do it... I have fell off more than once and I still get my head together and get back into it. Good luck
