My husband made dinner, which was nice to cone home to, but he used four tablespoons of country crock original (70 calories per tbsp) on the veggies he grilled! And since he used a regular spoon instead of a measuring spoon, I'd estimate it at 6 tbsps in reality. It drives me crazy that he did this, but that's beside the point. There were 8 cups of veggies. I ate 2/3 c. How much of the calories from the butter should I count? I'm probably making this harder than it needs to be, but just want to be sure. Thanks!
That's sort of what I was thinking, around 100 calories. I could just beat him! When I prep the veggies for the grill, I use one tbsp max of lower calorie spread, but he didn't bother to look for it or measure. Glad I had the calories for it today! Thanks for answering
