Well the experience has been rewarding with just being smaller. I have had a few NSV like having a bath towel wrap around me all the way, wearing an old pair of size 18 jeans I haven't been able to wear since I got them, and having to give up clothes that were too big. I just broke 210 yesterday

which means that in less than 10 pounds I technically won't be obese anymore. Onederland is so close yet still seems surreal. I don't know about doing special things for myself b/c these milestones are so huge for me and I have to watch how many clothes I buy as they don't fit for long and I live on a budget. I am just lucky to still have smaller clothes in my closet to squeeze into for right now. I did see the scale do down a little more today and my clothes which were getting pretty worn are baggy so I told my hubby I'll probably need new clothes soon and we should set aside some money for that. The hubby said he was proud of me. It's really been rewarding in itself but I do look forward to buying new clothes in the regular section instead of plus size soon.
I do love the idea of rewards, I am just more concerned about getting to the goals most of the time than celebrating them. Probably b/c in the past milestone celebrations have made me a little lax on getting to goal.
