I used to AT LEAST twice a day, but that's dealing with some eating disorder crap-ola we do not want to get into. :P

once a week sounds lovely! That's what I've recently switched to...difficult, but doing it.

I weigh in every time I go to the gym which typically equates to 5 times a week. I even weigh in on Saturdays even though I go before lunch rather than after like all the other days I go. So I keep that in mind and never log a Saturday weight.

Used to do it once a week. Recommitted March 1st and I decided to stay off the scale for a full month. I just care too much about the number on the scale. This go around I'm trying to focus on just eating right and exercising. It's going great and I barely think about the scale. =) After the first month I'm going to weigh in on the 1st and 15th of every month. Once I get closer to goal I might change that to more often. We'll see.

Once a week...then you are likely to see a loss everytime you get on!

I weigh daily. Usually twice a day, first thing in the morning and the last thing at night.

Pretty much daily, but I also remind myself that there WILL be flucuations. I usually log the lowest weight I've seen in the week and that becomes my new low.

2-3 times a week, to keep myself accountable and on track. Everyday would drive me nuts

Daily, at the same time relative to waking. Once in a while I'll hop in the shower or eat breakfast before weighing myself so I just skip recording on those days. I'm thinking of switching to once per week though.

Daily, but I only update my Fitday when the weight drops.

That keeps me accountable without stressing me out.

Twice a week. Wednesday morning and one weekend morning. It's working for me. Spaced enough to give me something to look forward to/plan for but not so often that I'm obsessing.

I weigh daily and keep a log. My weight fluctuates daily, but if I compare a Wednesday to a Wednesday, I can see the progress I am making.

I used to daily, but it was driving me crazy! So now, I've talked myself into once a week. It's helping me! I've also decided I'm not gonna weigh myself during the week of my period. I think I'm too fragile right now to bear the thought of gaining BACK water weight !! Silly I know, lol

Daily and I track it on a calorie counting app, but I try to look at the weekly difference and not get caught up in any daily fluctuations.
