Just a little loss for me, did not see the numbers I wanted from yesterday, but still made my mini goal. Hopefully more loss next week.

-8.5 pounds!! --honestly, I think I owe it all to having bronchitis. :( BUT, I can say that it feels GREAT to see the scale number fall so much! Actually, motivates me to work hard (once I can breathe properly! LOL) to get more pounds off by exercise and a healthy diet.
I have been drinking much more liquids that I normally would though. Maybe, that's what's helping me a lot as well. Water, water, water~ :) |
Back down to my 160 so I can officially put my sig back on. It's gonnna be real slow going for me this month, a real shame cos it was going to be the final track into my BMI goal, but you can't expect too much of a body that has been so badly messed about. Back on track a bit, maybe some good news next week.

I was doing awesome late last week, down to 133.8, but then I was traveling to see family for the past four days and am back up a lb - and it's most likely not water weight, but a real gain from enormous amounts of cheese. I figure that I'm only in "america's dairyland" once or twice a year, so it won't kill me and I'm still down from last week, so at least I'm headed in the right direction:)

I meant to post here this past weekend and forgot. I gained but it was probably because of TOM and not counting my calories as closely as I should be. :o I'm happy that I only gained 1/2 a pound. This week started out bad diet wise but I think I'm finally back on track. I'm hoping to lose a pound and a half this week.

Back on plan I weigh tomorrow an hopefully not to much damage from this past week. :D Loving my oatmeal again lol. Wrote my Easter goal in my sig so I wont forget what I'm doing and goals. If I dint write it down anymore I forget lol |

I didn't have a weight loss last week, and it kind of bummed me out, but this week I had a 3# loss so it made up for.:carrot::carrot::carrot:

LOL, my challenge and I've been AWOL. TBH been a bit depressed with having this surgery, not being able to do anything, all ready meals and nonsense that I didn't have control over, being asked to eat more at the same time as the other doctor telling me it's imperative I don't put on any weight cos I've just had my skin reduced... aargh! Figured I'd slipeed badly and was too scared to get on the scale in case it was a horrible, horrible number, but actually I am slightly over 2lbs down, woohoo! That's 2lbs for about a month, but under the circumstances I'll take it!

Yup, once again, same weight. UP, down...but not much down to be honest. COME on loss, we can start again!

I am down to 242! WOW! I got on the scale 20 minutes ago and it registered me as 243.2. I knew that had to be wrong as when I weight last night, I was at 244 and that was with clothes. I trust this scale as it weighs A LOT heavier than the health-o-meter scale. On there I weight like 239.8. So excited!!! I can't believe the 230s are right around the corner!!

Stayed exactly the same this week, but I expected it. After my race yesterday, I went out and celebrated with a salted margarita, lots of salty chips and salsa, and two fajitas. It is the first week that i went over my weekly calorie budget (by 405 calories), but it was a conscious decision and I am totally cool with it this week. Celebration and food are a fact of life, and it was just what I needed!

I didn't lose anything this week, I don't know what is up with that:(. I retained fluid for some reason, and I didn't change anything, but my hands and feet are swollen. Oh' well maybe I'll have a bigger weight loss next week, when I lose the water.

I'm up a little bit even though I've been eating on plan most days and exercising a lot more. I started P90x last week and all of the weight training probably caused me to gain. I can definitely tell the difference- in a good way though!

After a rough couple of weeks and massive off plan living... I gave up weighing daily and tried to refocus on just getting my eating under control. Eat when hungry only. After a 5 day scale vacation I got on to weigh and saw a 12 pound loss. What the? Can't be right. So I weigh again yesterday... about a pound up from the colossal loss the day before, today it crept up a little.
I'm logging todays weight as my Monday weight, but I still think it's some sort of massive fluke that's going to slap me in a few days. frustrating |

I'm back down a little bit, but not much. My ankle has been kind of hurting lately, so I needed to stop running. I guess it's all about what I eat now - and just when the weather was starting to get nice too!

Yay, another loss for me. I've actually been asked to slow my loss down now!! The operation I had was not 100% sucessful and what they need to do next is to tidy up and sculpt the skin more with liposuction. Big huge compliment that they said I didn't have any fat between the skin and the muscle on my tummy any more (weeeeeee!!!) but I actually need to hang onto the fat on my hips so they can sculpt that out which will allow the skin to close properly. If they don't do the lipo then the scar tissue will always sort of hang about.
Although it was a tiny loss, it seems to be the loss I've been waiting for because - dun dun duuuuuuhhhhh! I am in my goal jeans!!! Yes, my UK14 vintage black jeans , the jeans of my adolescence when I felt like the sexiest woman on earth, I am in!!! Oooh, and I am 0.8 of a BMI away from not being owoo any more. Bonus. |
Rose Congrats! On the jeans, being so close to the not overweight BMI...and just in general, you are a continual inspiration.
I finally broke my stupid plateau - I'm hoping it sticks. Have seen the lower weight for 3 days now so I'm hoping hoping hoping it will stay and keep dropping too! |
Down 2 more pound YAY me. It is going slow but that is OK, some weeks I don't have any loss and other weeks I loose 2-3 pounds, and I am OP all of the time since I started this challenge. I do no that when I stay the same my water in take isn't as good, so maybe that is the problem, but I am getting there 1 step at a time. :carrot::carrot::carrot:

Although the weeks where I have a whoosh sure feel good, the stand still weeks are tough! I ran 10 miles, +5 walking, daily abs/legs strengthening, 1200 calories a day, just perfectly on plan, and the scale reads exactly the same as a week ago. Not a surprise since I lost last week, but it still difficult to swallow. Oh well, I know the loss will show in the next week or two.

Another .6 for me, not the best rate of loss but I did make it to the gym today, progress! four more weeks of .6 takes me to 2lb shy of goal, which would still feel like a victory to me. Hope everyone else sees some loss

I'm back! I fell off the wagon big time. I got bored with exercising and I started eating really badly. Lots of Girl Scout cookies, ice cream, KFC, McDonald's, pizza and other bad stuff. Anyways, I amazingly haven't gained anything since falling off the wagon (must be a fluke) but I didn't lose either. Starting April 1st, I'm recommitting to this challenge. Tomorrow I'm going to plan my meals for next week and come up with a workout plan. I'm thinking of doing 30DS MWF and C25K THS. I really need to focus on exercising the next two months because I'm going camping the first week in June and I don't want to be out of breath the entire time.

Everyone must be busy this week! I was really bad over the weekend and am back at 140. I had a dip mid week to 137 but of course it didn't stick around. Gratz to everyone who made their gold box already!

I had a loss two weeks in a row, which is highly usual for me lately! -2 lbs, WOOHOO! I wasn't surprised since this was a "hungry" week. I always lose on the weeks where I feel ravenous and have to keep my eating in check. The "easy" weeks never show a loss.

137.4! 8.8 pounds so far. Two more weeks to banish 2.4 pounds - I might make it yet!

I am hovering around maintenance at the mo because my favourite food in the whole world is easter eggs, and they don't exactly come around again the rest of the year, so I'm indulging within limits. Will crank it back up again after easter. Another lb closer to that magic mini-goal, and started seriously replacing my wardrobe. Everyone is now saying how much weight I've lost, which is a bit cringeworthy!

I have 0.6 of a pound to lose to achieve the challenge. I don't know.....some weeks I stay the same despite my best effort. I have had four straight weeks of solid losses, which makes me very happy. For awhile there I was losing every other week- that was a mind challenge to put in the work, but not see the results at the end of the week.
