  • I do 1200 calories a day with walking 30 minutes 5 times a week. Each week I have one cheat meal where my girlfriend and I go out to dinner at someplace that we are craving. Today is our cheat meal and we are going to Red Robin.

  • Congrats. I am doing 1400 calories because everyone has said that if you do 1200 at your start weight you will not have anywhere to go when you hit a plautue or get to your goal weight.
