Actually, I am below my goal weight. I stepped on the scale today and it read 124.
125 was my original goal.
I started this long journey July 14th of last year, weighing in at 170. Still wearing my maternity clothes 5 months after giving birth was the last straw. I was not going to be a fat mom. I was not going to let my daughter pick up my bad habits like I did from my parents. I was going to push myself to the limit and transform my body into the body I always dreamed of. And I did!!!
Don't ever give up just because it's too hard. It's hard for a reason.
Oh and I am shooting for another 5lbs
