Default need more calories

I've been doing my cooler idea for my diet (pack a days worth of good and only eat what's in the cooler) and today I finally counted the calories in my cooler and I struggled to hit 2000 calories. I know I'm still not going to even eat all the food. I barely eat at home and I eat a little more when I'm at work. But I eat when I'm bored or frustrated. Could anyone give me any ideas that I could ideas?

I'm confused. You aren't eating everything that's in the cooler but you want more to eat?

What's in the cooler?

Oh, and don't eat when you are bored or frustrated. Go for a walk.
