I use an excel sheet that I made back when I started off in 2008 and its served me well! I am down more than 200 pounds since then and still use my sheet daily ;) its pretty basic but it works!

After reading this post, I was sure I liked LoseIt! best, but then I downloaded the My Fitness Pal app... The My Fitness Pal app has UK foods which I liked, still wasn't sold. BUT, when you go to log off, this screen pops up and says "if everyday were like this, you would weigh XXX in 5 weeks". I had a good day, so it told me good things :) I know there are many other factors and all that, but for some dumb reason that is so motivating to see! Daily encouragement for logging calories... I'm sold :)

Thanks ladies... I checked out my fitness pal, and it is great!!
I like it because it has the app from my Droid. AND it told me I can still have another 400 calories tonight :) Life is good! |
