Hi, I have lost 48 lbs. since June 2010.

I do the calorie cycling. 1200-1700 calories daily. I am losing about a pound a week. It probably would go faster if I would exercise more. But I'm kinda lazy. I use the Leslie Sansone walk at home DVD about 3 times a week. It works real well for me...it really gets my heart rate up. And the exercise steps are very easy. I don't mind only loosing a pound a week though. I'm loosing it so slow this will help me keep it off.
I really like counting calories it works really well with me. I don't even feel hungry much anymore. In the afternoons when I start to feel a little hungry I drink a mug of coffee...I even put a little fat free cool whip on top to make it like cappuccino.

I still have a way to go until I reach my goal but I sure am enjoying the trip!!
