Way to go Erin!
And good luck with Ramadan Tagen47 - I've always wondered how eating only after sunset would mess with a diet.
Now I have this vision of TOM as a crazy couch jumping demon who upsets dieting women....
So I have breakfast at around 3.30 in the morning and then have dinner at 7.30 at night. So that's 16 hours of no food or drinks. I've done it for years so it's not a problem but I do worry about getting in enough calories. I'm on 300 in the morning, around 300 for dinner then I try to have 400 for snacks later (after my gym workout). It's not easy though - you tend to lose your appetite when fasting for so long. I hate to drop below 1200 let alone 1000.
