I've been calorie counting since 6/6/10, at first with a food diary, and now using Lose It! app for iphone. I've also been doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred for about four-five days a week since 7/7/10. I've lost 10lbs so far, but I've been stuck at 159 for about a week-week and a half. According to Lose It! for me to lose 2lb a week, I should be eating around 1100 cal a day when I'm not working out and about 1350 when I do.
Any ideas? Should I just keep doing what I'm doing? My exercise shouldn't be making me plateau because I do 10 workouts on Level 1, and 10 on level two, so it's not the same workout.
