Hello fellow calorie counters! just a quick check in...

Hows everyone's day going so far? Mine is going swell, got my workout in earlier, did a full body weight workout for 65mins and burned 526 calories:D felt good to get it in and over with.

This week has been a success for me...stayed on plan all week. I will weigh in tomorrow morning and anything below last Sundays weight will be a loss (although i already know im down for the week since i can't keep my butt off the scale:dizzy:)

Hello everyone.
I'm doing great with my eating today. I haven't been very hungry today so I'm at about 900 calories. Will see how the evening goes and will decide if I push my way to 1200 but for sure I don't think I will make it to 1400 unless I really treat myself.

Been drinking my water and will be doing the 30DS level 3 later this evening.

It's looking like I won't make it to a size 14 by my birthday so I will be making that my Labor Day goal. I will be pushing my way through August so I can make it by then. I'm not really disappointed because I'm still going downward...slowly but downward nevertheless. Looks like everyone is having an awesome challenge so I'm sure there will be lots of celebrations on Labor Day.

Doing good today, it's so hot here, heat index is 105 degrees. I really don't feel like eating because of it. I had 1200 cal and I really had to try to eat that much. I wish everyday was like that! Oh, and I lost 3 oz. Wish it was more

Looks like everyone is having a decent weight loss week..GOOD JOB!
Justa quick check in~OP
All exercising incluuding both walks are done! 1375 calories for the day~about normal for me usually around 1400.
& A new weight again today 148.8
Everything is starting to take some shape better from my toning exercises so I can not wait~Still taking it a pound at a time~til I get that firm body I aiming for~I Am determined SO I will succeed! (slowly but surely!)
My son was 198.6~So he has lost 11.2 pounds since June 5th ~he is so happy about that!~I have better food choices at home then they have at school.So he was proud of that weight & asked me to share with y'all ~he is 12. Anyways 5' 8" Tall.
In a hurry~Off to myspace maybe then facebook to check in again.TTYL!

fruitlady we posted around the same time~Same here heat index is 105~SUCKS BEEN INDOORS ALL DAY IN A/C~ Since yesterday~Was the same yesterday~now tonight or this evening were suppose to get a cool off but severe storms before hand! UGH! Congradulations n the 3 oz. Like u said Better than a gain or nothing~HUGS*

Hi Lori, So it's that hot in Ohio too? We don't have an Air conditioner in our living room or kitchen, the one we have is too small to cool both rooms( no doors to close it off)so we don't use it. It's terrible hot, it makes me sick to my stomach every night. I have my computer in the wash room right next to the kitchen, so I can't be on the computer too long. It's supposed to be 90 tomorrow, lower humidity, it should be better. I'm on myspace, under Priscilla, you should look me up.

I just joined 3FC a few days ago... I would love to get in on the challenge!

My goal for myself is to be under 160 pounds. Right now I'm at 164. The weight is NOT coming off as easily as it was in the beginning!! Ideally, I'd like to weigh 155... but I need to be realistic. :)

:welcome: thepapillon! When did you start your weight loss journey? I started on 6/1 at 195.4 and this morning weighed in at 177.2. You are doing well. I also notice that I am not losing as fast as I did last month, but I have lost inches which makes me happy. :) You'll love it here ... Great group on this thread! Best of luck on your goals. :)

Fruitlady~ We have a huge farm house & are running an air conditioner upstairs On one side of the house & One on the lower half on the other side of the house & 1 Box fan upstairs & one box fan downstairs & 1 downstairs ceiling fan~It was still hitting 80 in here today But I was ok ~thank GOD!
I feel so bad for u! THIS HEAT REALLY SUCKS!
Call your local job & family services First thing Monday morning. ~they may be able to tell u a place to get help with a brand new air conditioner for free.....They help with them here in OHIO ~its based on income But Its goes up pretty high now days on income amounts~my mother N law got one & it's helped her out alot.Plus they even gave her a fan she said ~not sure what type or sizes. She lives in OHIO 2.Worth checking into though for anyone on here! I will private message u 2 OK~Check your messages!

hi all - struggling to maintain my new habits in the wake of my family and the old routine... It's a little tough but I'm trying! I am so close to a size 18 I can taste it (and it tastes like salad, not cake...)

I know I'm starting late... but I wanna do it too!

My goals are:
1. to match whatever I finish losing in July. (So far... 10 pounds!)
2. to fit into my size 22 jeans again (It's sad that a size 22 is a goal...)
3. to be able to go more than 5 minutes on that stupid exercise machine in the workout room

Yesterday I had a total of around 1400 calories (don't want to post WHAT I ate... because it wasn't pretty... but I woke up at noon... so that's 400 calories I didn't eat at breakfast).

Tomorrow is the weigh-in day. Like, I've been weighing almost daily... but tomorrow it's official. I know I've gained a pound... but I do hope it's not too bad... I hope that today's not the day to suddenly gain a bunch in water weight. >.<

So yeah. I've found some free exercise videos online... and will (if my brother lets me use the computer for thirty minutes strait that is) do them when I can. (Thanks be to onederchic for the link!!)

Just trying to keep my mind with it more than anything...

Good Morning! Well saturday was a good day on the calories I just took in 1052. And it woudnt be that high if i didnt get a sonic strawberry slush I knew it would have alot of sugar but when I did some searching on another web site for a med slush it had 310 calories. So no more of those half price drinks for me lol. Hope everyone has a good sunday. GL with your goals mine is lose 10 lbs by labor day. :) :dust: carrots for each lbs lost so far :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: :carrot:
