Default Can you help with bread calorie count?

I am usually pretty good at calculating and looking up the calorie count of foods but I am stumped on this one. I bought a nice loaf of homemade bread at the farmers market today. The label reads "sprouted flax with oatmeal sunflower seed bread". That is the only information I have to go on. I was looking forward to having a piece for breakfast tomorrow but I am unsure how to count it on fitday. I am used to eating two small pieces of weight watchers bread for 100 calories. I figured I would have one regular sized slice (maybe 1/2 inch thick) of this bread but I imagine its going to be more than 100. What would you count the bread as

Weigh the slice of bread that you cut before you eat it and count is as the equivalent amount of whole wheat bread. It should be pretty similar (and it sounds delicious!)
