Hi I'm a newbie!! This is my first post, however I lurk all them time! Anywho I just wanted to share my success with you all. Like I said in the thread title all I did was exercise and restrict my calories I went from 225-175 in 6 months. This Diet/Lifestyle has been the only thing that I have been able to stick with. I've actually never counted calories before now.
