Down 50lbs Since January--Low Cal and Exercise Worked for Me!!!!!

  • Hi I'm a newbie!! This is my first post, however I lurk all them time! Anywho I just wanted to share my success with you all. Like I said in the thread title all I did was exercise and restrict my calories I went from 225-175 in 6 months. This Diet/Lifestyle has been the only thing that I have been able to stick with. I've actually never counted calories before now.

    I honestly think that I calorie cycled by default. I can't take eating the same thing all the time so the amount of calories I ate changed daily. If I did I probably wouldn't have stuck with my "lifestyle". But to give you an answer on average I ate between 1200-1500 calories. I also exercised A LOT in the beginning....


    Tonight I cooked curry chicken with sweet potatoes and whole grain rice....
