So i thought i would share this good book i just started reading. Its a little older. "winning by losing" its by jillian Michaels. My fav I also cut out some pics of girls from victoria secret because Im obsessed with bathing suits. I posted a couple in my wallet and wrote on them " i will wear one, one day"

No problem it sounds stupid but visual things work. i have pretty models in my room and fridge lol sounds weird but it works
