  • Hi thought we could post in here the different things we've eaten daily so people could pick up ideas and get a little inspiration from other calorie counters.

    Today i stuffed my face with:
    A Bacon Sandwich (Yum) - roughly 350 cals (wholemeal bread fat skinned bacon)
    A kitkat finger - 55 cals
    2 x flump marshmellows - 60 cals
    Chicken goujons & chips with salad - 530 cals

    & too much green tea to mention!

    Breakfast: 302 cal
    1 egg + 1 egg white
    1 slc wheat toast
    1 tbsp Light cream Cheese
    1 tsp simply fruit strawberry
    8 oz skim milk

    Am Snack: 190 CAL
    Luna Protein Bar

    Lunch: 400 cal
    1 slc wheat toast
    2 oz low sodium all natural roast beef
    1 oz avacado
    2 cups baby romain
    1 tbsp Light honey dijon
    2 tbsp dried cranberries
    1 vitatop banana fudge

    About 40oz of water so far
  • today i've had:
    50g of sugarfree muesli with 100ml of 2%milk
    1 grande skinny late from starbucks
    1 small banana
    1 pita bread with avocado and tomato
    1 hard boiled egg
    60grams of lowfat cottage cheese
    1 carrot
    1 small baked potato with 1 tin of tuna in brine and 30g of philadelphia light
    150g of broccoli
    20g of mixed nuts
    3 brown rice cakes with 15g of peanut butter and sugar free strawberry jam

    that's it! wow, long list but within calories AND walked for 2 hours AND did day one of 30Dshred
  • For breakfast:2/3 cup old fashioned oatmeal w/cinnamon and splenda 160 calories

    For morning snack: 1 boiled egg 70 calories

    For lunch: 2 cups homemade vegetable soup; 17 special k multigrain crackers: 1/2 cup fresh pineapple and 1/2 cup cottage cheese 430 calories

    For snack: peach non-fat yogurt 110 calories

    I plan for supper to have 1 chicken breast 110 calories; mixed vegies 65 calories; 1 small roasted potato 90 calories; fresh fruit salad approx 100 calories (strawberry, apple and banana)

    126 oz of water today

    Supper (roughly 500)
    pork kabob
    1/4 cup long grain rice
    salad
    1 pc ww toast

    resisted an invitation to go for a greasy lunch and enjoyed my fruit salad instead

  • Breakfast: Spirulean protein shake with 1 C soy milk, 1 TBSP chia seeds (THE BEST) and 1/4 C strawberries. 300 cals.

    Lunch: Amy's black bean veggie burrito + 2 squares Ritter Sport Dark Chocolate w/ Marzipan (my faaavorite). 350 cals.

    Snack: Grapefruit. 100 cals.

    Dinner: Chipotle Field Roast sausage w/ 1/2 C roasted beets. 330 cals.

    And I plan on having 2 more squares of that chocolate later so..

    Desert: 60s cals.

    snack: 1 serving of edemame

    Lunch: Lentil and rice salad

    Dinner: 2 Steak Fajitas.

    not super healthy day, but it's final's week
  • breakfast - Cheerios with skim milk
    lunch - left-overs, chicken tenderloins grilled with garlic and crushed red pepper and vegtables, red and green bell peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and green beans (served it with rice for dinner last night)
    snack - sugarfree jello pudding
  • My food is really low today so I will probably have something big for dinner and then workout a little.

    Breakfast: Calorie balance bar, Lemon powerade
    Lunch: 1 cup special k, 1/2 cup of milk, 100ml apple juice (30 calories)
  • Breakfast - 1/2 bag of sour cream and onion full bites 75 calories

    lunch - turkey sandwich ( just turkey and one piece of bread) 170 calories
    Jello 70 calories

    total so far for today 315 calories
  • This morning I had 2 pieces whole wheat toast with lowfat cream cheese and a banana =400 cals
    Lunch is a josephs pita with laughing cow light lunchmeat spinach and tomatoes and a handful of baby carrots = 220 cals
    Supper is chicken stir-fry = 300 cals
    Mid afternoon snack was a Gala apple and 100 cal. pak dark cocoa roast almonds =200 cals
    at bedtime is my cup of International House Coffee that is sugar free and caffiene free at 45 cals.
    So today was about 1200 cals
  • So far today I had:

    Coffee with Chocolate Caramel creamer 2 tblspns
    1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    English muffin- high fiber with a pat and a half of butter

  • So far today I've had

    Turkey bacon + 175 ml egg whites (made them with pam spray) + 1 low fat cinnamon raisin bagel + 1 navel orange

    Total: 410 calories (my biggest meal of the day)
  • So far: baby broccoli, onions, tofu, sesame seeds, nutritional yeast and Sriracha hot sauce.

    For lunch I'm being taken to a favorite vegetarian restaurant where I'll have a mixed greens salad with shredded beets and carrots and a lemon garlic dressing and a lemon lentil soup along with some grilled tempeh.

    Later, I'll have a smoothie with mango, orange, strawberry, pineapple, spinach, ground flax and Silk milk.

    I'll still have 1,000 calories to play with!
