Hi thought we could post in here the different things we've eaten daily so people could pick up ideas and get a little inspiration from other calorie counters.
Today i stuffed my face with:
A Bacon Sandwich (Yum) - roughly 350 cals (wholemeal bread fat skinned bacon)
A kitkat finger - 55 cals
2 x flump marshmellows - 60 cals
Chicken goujons & chips with salad - 530 cals
& too much green tea to mention!
