So why am I doing the CARROT DANCE?
.....because it was only 630 calories, all natural, whole grain crust with flax, and I totally planned for it in my calorie range for dinner.
I am still ending the day on plan and that's why I
love counting calories, especially calorie cycling! I talked a bit about planning 'indulgences' in my blog tonight if anyone is interested

What do you like to eat that people may say is 'bad' to eat while losing weight but you know it truly
isn't so long as it is on plan, within your calories, and is a 'once in a while' food amongst all your veggies and lean protein?
Mine are pizza, chocolate, and occasional wine to name a few...
