I love to hoard, be it for the evening or for a big weekend. I have a tea party tomorrow and have saved up 500 or so calories to add to my allowance for tomorrow. Not that I plan to go overboad but it'll be great to enjoy some treats without worryingtoo much!
I'm in the minority that absolutely adores breakfast though. It's far and away my favourite meal of the day. It's 320 cals of piping hot oatmeal and some fruit but I jump out of bed every morning because I'm so excited about it! Then I sit in front of the TV watching the news and savouring the bowl for about 20 mins. Same thing every morning but it neer fails to get me going.
I love my night time snacks too - I usually have about 500 cals saved up for them. So it's popcorn, a cereal bar, peanut butter, some cut up mixed fruit or a a combination of them. Plus I always work out from around 5-8 and only have my dinner and snacks after - I'm ravenous by then and having 900 or so cals to play with post intense exercise is great and has worked wonderfully for me
