I usually just record the first weight I see. This morning, however, I decided to try something different and do it a few times and boy was I surprised! I had weights ranging from 195.2-198.6! All within 2 minutes. Just curious what everyone else here does.

I tend to take the first one, but if I feel like I pounced on the scale at all, I'll re-weigh. It's ludicrous.
