Default Make me feel better?

One night of "bingeing" won't ruin my 12 lb weight loss, right..? Argh, I feel so awful, and it wasn't even on REALLY bad foods. Just some carob covered almonds and coconut milk ice cream. The whole day probably added up to around 2000-2300 calories. I just need a little positive reassurance and motivation.. thanks in advance.

One day is not the end of the earth. Two days probably is. HUGS! You'll be okay, just get back on your plan. Don't let a little slip become s full blown disaster.

Definitely NOT the end of the world! I'm not sure what your current weight is, but you possibly just ate your "maintenance" caloires...meaning, no harm, no foul! Get back on plan and you won't even notice it. No way you gained 12 lbs in one day I know that sounds stupidly obvious, but sometimes we just need to hear it! I get it though...feeling like one bad day "un-does" all your hard work. It doesn't. Just don't ride the "slippery slope" and you'll be fine! Chin up

If it did I wouldn't be were I am now I've had several slips along the way and sometimes they've lasted more than a day, never have they undone all my work. Just pick yourself up dust yourself off and start anew tomorrow.

I don't have a limit on my calorie counting, I have a "target" I aim for. This means that I simply count calories every single day no matter how many they end up being. It's not about perfect numbers, it's about being consistent.

Some days are just going to be higher than others. If I want to lose weight I know where the calories need to be. After a few gains, I realized it wasn't worth it the time lost in re-losing the weight I had already lost. I feel I am learning more than I did when I would jump off the diet because I felt I failed by going over a strict number. Flexibility.
