I've been considering watching my carbs too. On average my balance is about 30% fat, 50% carbs, and 20% protein. In the last 6 weeks since beginning my diet again I have not paid attention to these numbers too much, but I am hitting a stall now and thinking it might be good to make some adjustments. I LOVE oatmeal and eat a serving almost everyday for breakfast. I plan to replace this with a protein shake in the morning for a week or so and see what happens.
As with all diets, we have to make adjustments along the way!
